The biggest loser....


Hehehe....ni bukan gambar aku tau....ni picture one of peserta program The Biggest Loser....1 day harap2 aku dapat post dalam blog ni diri aku plak hehehe....tapi x pakai mcm ni aaa :P kalo dia bole...naper aku x leh??ramai lagi yg gemuk2....tapi semua leh loose their weight....that means....kita boleh kalo kita nak! Caiyok Ida.....Aku kena sabar dan teruskan perjuagan ini....Go ida go...!

3/12 - bf=roti+mentega 2kpg+milo , lunch =x , dinner = tomyam cendawan+telur dadar sket....exercise = yes..about 40 minutes...joging kat stadium mcm biasa

Update 2/12

Alo...ok update for yesterday 2/12...bf = nestum , lunch =x then no dinner...exercise about 1 hour....well smlm suppose having my dinner, but then followed my hubby to fatch his friend to help him going to tampal2 the advert about our house...going to rent /sale...I told him that if he going to take late dinner, then i will not joining the dinner...that time quite hungry tapi have to tahan la sbb driver org lain kan....then at 9.00 pm baru sampai kat restoran...dah la ajak makan kat kedai mamak...so rasa upset jer...order teh o limau ajer....then x nak makan sbb rasa dah lewat...dan x tau nak makan apa...hubby mcm bengang je aku x makan...dia x paham la aku tgh control makan niiiiii......Sabar je laaa....

Update weekend 29&30/11/2008

Alo blog...nak Update weekend 29&30/11/2008 - well ni 1st week yg aku diet weekend...erm..makan mmg macam2 la...tp still control....aku makan sket2 mcm tu la...tapi hope pas ni leh control lagi baik..ni sbb now tgh sibuk nak pindah...so makan sll x betul...mkn luar la...umah sepupu la...hehehe
well malam 29/11 tu aku pi tgk wayang citer an2fighter..saje letih2 pindah umah . malam tu hubby ajak...so aku sajer timbang kat mesin tu...berat aku 87kg la...aku pon tekonfius dah ni..ari tu bawak timbang ke opis akak tu kata timbang aku salah...+3kg...so now aku assume berat aku 87kg je la....nanti kalo aku pegi tgk wayang kat tmpat yg sama,....aku ikut timbang tu je la penentu berat aku :)
So far ok lagi la diet aku.....harap2 semangat makin kuat...Semalam 1/12 makan lebih sket...bf biskut 3 kpg+milo, lunch soto (ada meeting) then dinner makan ns goreng ayam...aku amik separuh...selalunye sebungkus aku sorang aje...aku tapau before balik umah....no exercise sbb kena balik umah awal nak setel pasal umah baru....
